 At True North, Paula oversees human resources, manages the daily administrative functions of the office, and serves as a project manager for the execution of various firm-wide strategic initiatives. Paula supervises the Client Services Associates, who support clients and Wealth Managers with daily service requests and portfolio management needs.
Paula came to True North in 2005 from Tin Star Restaurants’ Corporate Office, where she served as their Administrative Director for five years and played an integral role in their rapid growth and expansion across the nation. Prior to that, Paula was self-employed as a professional organizer serving small businesses and individuals in the Park Cities area. Paula received a B.B.A. in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University. She has a graduate degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Personal Training Certification from the Cooper Aerobics Institute in Dallas. Paula and her two children live in University Park. Paula is an active member of Watermark Community Church.
