James joined True North Advisors in 2026 as a Client Operations Analyst, where he plays an integral role in supporting the wealth management team and the clients they serve. He supports advisors by ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of client transactions, account maintenance, and operational workflows. James is committed to delivering a seamless client experience guided by True North’s core values.

Prior to joining True North full-time, James interned with the firm during the summer of 2025, where he gained exposure to all areas of the business and developed a strong understanding of the firm’s collaborative, client-focused approach. Through that experience, he developed a passion for operations and the critical role it plays in supporting both advisors and clients.

James grew up in Dallas, Texas, and attended Highland Park High School. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a certificate in Real Estate from the University of Oklahoma. He also earned certifications in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS Enterprise, strengthening his analytical and technical skill set. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors through things like golf, running, and hunting/fishing. He currently resides in Dallas, TX.
