As Senior Director of Human Resources at True North, Katie is responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and training. With over 23 years of experience, she is passionate about connecting people, culture, and purpose. Previously the Director of Human Resources and Communications at Tolleson Wealth Management, she brings a unique perspective to the private wealth industry by cultivating and fostering employee opportunities specific to the RIA space.

Katie is a Texas Tech University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters as well as supporting her favorite charity, Community Partners of Dallas, where she serves on the Board of Directors for The Women’s Auxiliary, the Partnership. She is also an active volunteer with Holton’s Drive for SIDS which benefits First Candle.
