In 2025, Mary Claire was promoted to Client Operations Analyst, where she now plays a vital role in delivering a seamless client experience. She supports Wealth Managers by managing critical operational tasks, including account setup, maintenance, and fund transfers. She also oversees client documentation, provides timely status updates, and ensures the efficient resolution of service requests. Additionally, Mary Claire assists with client onboarding, working closely with third-party vendors and our Advisory Team to fulfill client needs and enhance the overall  experience.

Mary Claire joined True North in 2023 as an Office Coordinator, where she played a key role in facilitating office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating high-profile meetings, maintaining comprehensive calendars, and handling confidential client materials with precision. She also contributed to fostering a positive workplace culture by organizing events and providing essential technical support.

Mary Claire grew up in Dallas and graduated from Baylor University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and International Business.

In her spare time, she loves to walk the Katy Trail with friends, play with her family’s dogs, travel the world, and cheer on the Dallas Cowboys.
