At the start of the year, we were thrilled to have celebrated our 25th anniversary year in grand style. On January 31st, we gathered our team at Dallas Country Club for an inspiring kick-off to the year, followed by an unforgettable evening gala at The Ritz-Carlton.

The day began with our annual Strategy Day, a time for reflection, deep gratitude, and excitement. We revisited our humble beginnings, celebrated how far we’ve come, and discussed the incredible journey that has brought us to this moment.
