Tino joined True North in 2023 as a Business Operations Analyst and is responsible for supporting HR, Accounting, Finance, and Compliance. With a diverse industry background ranging from tech startups to nonprofits, Tino brings expertise and drive to develop strategies that support the firm’s growth initiatives and deliver top-notch service to clients and employees.

Tino is a Dallas native and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington majoring in Public Relations. He’s an avid hiker, music lover, and foodie. When not in the office, you’ll most likely catch him hiking one of Dallas’s scenic trails, dancing at a live concert, or dining al fresco.
