Stephanie is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the CEO and President, including unique executive projects and initiatives. In addition, she works with the business operations team on accounting processes and financial reporting. She also collaborates on shareholder and client events and presentations. 

Prior to joining True North in 2023, Stephanie owned and created a nationally distributed gourmet food business, managing all aspects of business development, accounting, production and distribution. Her many professional and entrepreneurial experiences have enabled her to develop strong client service, executive support, and enterprise level experience. 

The firm’s mission is Fulfilling Lives™, and Stephanie supports this by working collaboratively to assist True North’s top executives, building strong client and co-worker relationships, dedicated to do what is necessary to best serve client needs. 

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Apparel. Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking new recipes, watching documentaries, gardening, volunteering at animal shelters, and exercising her energetic Australian Shepherd.
